HML Ferries currently has two vessels in its fleet, the M/V Egnatia III and the Poseidonia. Both vessels are large cruise ferries with a wide range of facilities, including a selection of bars and restaurants, lounges, disco, casino, cinema, games rooms and spacious outer deck areas.

The M/V Egnatia III, built in 1973 in Yugoslavia, was refurbished in 2003 in Piraeus to meet modern standards and offer better comfort to the passengers of its eight decks. The ship is capable of a top speed of 22 knots and can accommodate 2,000 passengers and 418 cars. There are cabins of varying classes onboard the vessel, sleeping 1,374 passengers.

The Poseidonia is a slightly smaller vessel than the M/V Egnatia III and was built in 1967 in England and refurbished in Piraeus in 2002. The vessel is 115 metres in length and has a top speed of 15 knots. It can accommodate roughly 1,000 passengers and 140 cars. There are enough berths onboard to sleep just over 500 passengers.
