Tirrenia services a vast network of routes in the Mediterranean, originating from and connecting to: Sardinia, Sicily and Tunisia.
Four ports in Sardinia are serviced from Genoa. Genoa to Porto Torres sailings depart once daily, with crossings times of roughly 9 hours. The Genoa-Olbia route is serviced with two departures three times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). It is an overnight sailing lasting roughly 13 hours. Genoa-Arbatax sailings depart twice a week on Monday and Friday and take 18 hours (some sailings will stop in Olbia en route). The final route is Genoa-Cagliari and no sailing times have been posted for this route yet.

Four Sardinian ports are serviced from Civitavecchia in Italy. The overnight service to Olbia sails up to three time daily during the high season, with a journey time of 8 hours. There are two sailings a week to Arbatax, with a crossing time of 10 hours, 30 minutes. There are also daily sailings to Cagliari, with a journey time of 9 hours, 30 minutes.
The Italian port of Fiumicino is connected to Sardinia with two routes. Both Golfo Aranci and Arbatax are linked by fast-ferries, with a journey time of 3 hours, 30 minutes. Golfo Aranci sailings depart daily during the summer season and Arbatax sailings depart two to three times a week.
The Italian port of Naples is connected to the port of Cagliari with one or two sailings per week and a journey time of 16 hours, 15 minutes.
There are three connections from Cagliari. The connection to Palermo, in Sicily, sails once a week with a 13 hour, 30 minute crossing time. Journeys to Trepan, also in Sicily, depart once weekly on Sunday and go onto the port of Tunis in Tunisia. The total journey time is 11 hours.
There are two domestic Sicilian routes: Olbia-Arbatax, which departs twice weekly on Tuesday and Saturday, with a sailing time of 5 hours. The second route is Cagliari to Arbatax, which sails twice weekly on Wednesday and Sunday, with a journey time of roughly 5 hours.
