Port of Rovinj

Situated north of Croatia's Dalmatia coast, Rovinj (Rovigno d'Istria) is a picturesque fishing town, which retains a strong Italian flavour with cobblestone streets and a central promenade. A casino in town also attracts visitors, and Rovinj also makes an excellent base from which to visit other Istrian towns such as Porec and Pula. Ferries connect the town with Venice in Italy as well as a number of regional towns.

Rovinj is a busy fishing port, and is within easy reach of Italy. The port is located near the centre of the town, near shops, restaurants and a host of other facilities. In the harbour area you find public conveniences as well as public telephones.
