About Folkestone

Southbound on the M20 will see you heading towards south Kent and the terminal port of Folkestone you need to exit at junction 11A.

You are required to check-in at Eurotunnel at least 30 minutes before your booked departure time. Simply drive up and quote your reference number.

Before heading onboard and off to France you can stop for a shop at the terminal building which sells all those essential last minute items. The information centre and restroom facilties are all open 24 hours a day.

Boarding Eurotunnel is easy and our trained staff are on hand to assist and direct you. Don't forget to take your vehicle insurance certificates and documentation with you. During the journey simply sit back and relax whilst listening to our onboard radio or get out and stretch you legs in one of the carriages. Staff are available to help you and there are toilet facilities onboard too.
