All reservations are Non Refundable. Reservations are amendable, subject to an administration fee of £15 per amendment in addition to any fee raised by the ferry operator. Any amendment may also result in an additional payment, equal to the difference between the original ticket price paid and the fare for the new sailing(s) and/or vehicle type requested.
Booking amendments cannot be made online, telephone 0870 2642644. You must make such changes in advance of your travel date.
Return bookings: Failure to complete both the outward and the return journeys invalidates your booking, You will be liable to pay the relevant single fare applicable at the time your journey was made.
All cabins on the Liverpool to Dublin route are twin bedded with ensuite facilities.
Pets will be permitted to travel in their owner's vehicles, and must remain in the vehicle for the duration of the crossing, on payment of the appropriate fare. Bookings including pets must be made in advance of travel. Pets (excluding guide dogs) will not be allowed in the passenger areas of the ship. Access to the car deck during the crossing is not permitted other than in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of and accompanied by a member of staff. Foot passengers and passengers travelling by coach will not be permitted to travel with pets. In some cases the carriage of animals will require the payment of freight tariffs. Unaccompanied pets will not be accepted on any of our services.

Vessels on the Dublin-Liverpool route do not have on board lifts and therefore may be unsuitable for disabled or infirm passengers
