All reservations are Non Refundable. Reservations are amendable, subject to an administration fee of £15 per amendment in addition to any fee raised by the ferry operator. Any amendment may also result in an additional payment, equal to the difference between the original ticket price paid and the fare for the new sailing(s) and/or vehicle type requested.
Booking amendments cannot be made online, telephone 0870 2642644. You must make such changes in advance of your travel date.
Return bookings: Failure to complete both the outward and the return journeys invalidates your booking, You will be liable to pay the relevant single fare applicable at the time your journey was made.
You can upgrade to Club Class and enjoy a private lounge area with leather reclining seats, and tables for work or relaxation. We provide complimentary newspapers, tea, coffee and pastries, with a steward service on the fast ferries.
Animals, with the exception of certificated sensing dogs, must not be taken into any passenger accommodation. Animals being carried under the terms of the Pet Travel Scheme (PETS) must be carried in a vehicle. Animals will be refused carriage if the documentation appears to be incorrect, but acceptance for carriage by Condor Ferries gives no warranty that the documentation is correct.
Accompanied access to the vehicle deck while the ship is at sea is subject to approval but the ship’s Master. Unaccompanied access to the vehicle deck is strictly prohibited.
