

All reservations are Non Refundable. Reservations are amendable, subject to an administration fee of £15 per amendment in addition to any fee raised by the ferry operator. Any amendment may also result in an additional payment, equal to the difference between the original ticket price paid and the fare for the new sailing(s) and/or vehicle type requested.
Booking amendments cannot be made online, telephone 0870 2642644. You must make such changes in advance of your travel date.
Return bookings: Failure to complete both the outward and the return journeys invalidates your booking, You will be liable to pay the relevant single fare applicable at the time your journey was made.
Please note that if SpeedFerries have to cancel their sailing for any reason you will NOT be transferred to an alternative carrier.
You will be liable to arrange alternative cross channel travel.
We will arrange a refund for the unused portion of your SpeedFerries reservation or amend to an alternative date.
The following on board facilities are available to all our customers and is the basis for SpeedClass.
If you choose PremierClass you will in addition get the following extra services.
SpeedFerries has officially been approved to carry animals under the Pets Travel Scheme and is able to offer transportation for cats and dogs on the Dover – Boulogne fast ferry service. If your pet is eligible to travel under the Pets Travel Scheme, it can be included in your SpeedFerries booking for an additional cost of £15 per pet per crossing.
All pets must be declared prior to travel for both voyages to and out of the UK.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to make sure that their pet complies fully with the rules and regulations outlined in the Pets Travel Scheme and that all the necessary documentation is in place.
SpeedFerries will accept no liability for upset travel plans if your pet fails to meet regulations standards. For further information on Pets Travel Scheme please consult www.defra.gov.uk.
During the 55 minutes crossing the pet will have to stay in the vehicle on the car deck, which will be patrolled regularly by SpeedFerries’ deck crew, but the pet owner must nevertheless make sure that their pet is healthy and fit to travel.
SpeedFerries can not carry any other animals than the ones specifically included in the Pets Travel Scheme – i.e. cats and dogs.
SpeedOne offers access from the cardeck to the common passenger lounge and cafeteria situated on the first level passenger deck through a wheelchair friendly corridor. A wheelchair as well as personal assistance can be made available on request.
All the above facilities including restrooms are easilily accessibile for wheelchair users.
There is a small flight of stairs between the first and the second level passenger deck, where the coffee and wine bar and the PremierClass lounge are situated. If you wish to travel PremierClass the cabin crew can provide you with the extra services at your seat on the first level passenger lounge.
