Eurotunnel Ticket Terms

Please note that Eurotunnel do not carry vehicle powered by LPG.

All reservations are Non Refundable. Reservations are amendable, subject to an administration fee of £15 per amendment in addition to any fee raised by the operator. Any amendment may also result in an additional payment, equal to the difference between the original ticket price paid and the fare for the new sailing(s) and/or vehicle type requested.

Booking amendments cannot be made online, telephone 0870 2642644. You must make such changes in advance of your travel date.

Your booking is only valid for the booked departure date and time and the vehicle type stated however:

• If you arrive within two hours of the booked departure time, the booking will be transferred to the next available train subject to availability without charge;
• If you arrive more than two hours but no more than 24 hours from the booked departure time, the booking will be transferred if you pay any difference between the price you paid originally and the price applicable to the departure you are transferred to;
• If you arrive more than 24 hours after the booked departure time your ticket is no longer valid and you will have to purchase a new ticket.

Return bookings: Failure to complete both the outward and the return journeys invalidates your booking, You will be liable to pay the relevant single fare applicable at the time your journey was made.

Eurotunnel On Board Accommodation

Eurotunnel does not offer accommodation.

Eurotunnel Pet Travel Scheme

Eurotunnel carry animals that comply with current PETS legislation. A charge of £30.00 per animal applies.
