By Car - Scrabster Ferry Terminal is located in Scrabster on the North coast of Scotland, 1½ miles from Thurso. Follow the A9 from the south through East Gills then follow the signs to the ferry port. If approaching from the east, take the A836 then connect to the A( and follow the road to the ferry port.


By Rail - A regular train service of Scotrail links Thurso (Just 1.5 miles from Scrabster) and Wick with Inverness and is timed to connect with arrivals and departures of the Northlink ferry crossings from Scrabster port. A bus link between the station, Thurso town and Scrabster is available to passengers.
